- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had a business account for 10 years. Lost Debit Card Saturday. Was told two weeks to replace or come by office. Once in the office Ohio CSR and Manager Austin said I had to recontract the whole account to get a new card because the account was so old. How did my lost business debit card turn into having to recontract the entire account? Misinformation from manager Brian Guyett, poor customer service, waisted my time, and OHIO street CSR and Manager Austin indifferent to what the other manager advised.
